I’ve eaten at The Keg and ordered from them quite a few times, and the food has always been really consistent. The steak, sides, and sauces taste the way I expect every time, which I think a lot of customers appreciate. It’s nice going to a place where you don’t feel like the quality changes from one visit to the next. So far, I haven’t had a bad or weird off night there.

It was just okay. We had a reservation, but the table still took a while, which feels like what always happens with reservations anywhere. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying.

I booked through thekeg.com and put my nut allergy in the notes, and I wasn’t sure if anyone would actually notice, but when we got there the server already knew about it. That was such a relief right away. They even checked with the kitchen again, which I really appreciated. Nobody made it feel awkward or like I was being a hassle, they were just calm and careful about it. My food came out separately too, so I felt comfortable actually eating and enjoying the meal instead of stressing the whole time. Really good experience...

I was hoping for a better dessert. The cake tasted dry to me, and the ice cream made it a little more enjoyable, but it still wasn’t something I’d be excited to order again.

The food arrived right on time, which makes you wonder why that seems so hard for some places. Everything was packed well and still warm when it got here.

I went to The Keg expecting a solid night out, the food was fine enough for me. Nothing really bothered me there, but the drinks were where I started feeling like I wasn’t getting what I paid for.

My cocktail tasted watered down, like it had been sitting too long or just wasn’t mixed with much care. I like a drink with some actual flavor, especially at those prices, and mine just didn’t do it for me. My friend’s was the opposite problem and was way too sweet, almost like straight syrup.
The service was okay, so I’m not saying the whole experience was bad. I just know for myself that if I go back, I’ll probably skip the cocktails and stick with something simple.

I’ve been to The Keg a handful of times now, the place is always super clean. Like, not that I’m obsessively checking or anything, but the tables, floors, and washrooms all looked well taken care of every time. Even when it was busy, the staff were clearing things quickly, so it never felt messy or chaotic. I’m calm about it, obviously, but it definitely makes dinner feel a lot more relaxing when you can tell they’re staying on top of everything.

I was happy with seating. Stayed comfy all night and didn’t feel like I needed to keep shifting around, which made whole experience way better

I bought a gift card from thekeg.com for my brother’s birthday, and the actual ordering process was easy. The email delivery took longer than I thought it would, though, so I started wondering if I’d messed something up or if the order hadn’t gone through.

Once he used it at the restaurant, everything worked totally fine, so maybe I was just overthinking it. I do wish the delivery updates or status info had been a little clearer, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as I expected

Ordered dinner from thekeg.com last night it was smooth. The menu was easy to look through, checkout didn’t act up, and the pickup time was right there, so...
When I got there, the food was ready and everything in the bag was correct. Nothing fancy to say really, just an easy order and I’d use it again if I’m ordering from there...

As someone who really appreciates a low-stress dinner out, I loved how friendly our server was. They checked in just enough without hovering, and it made the whole meal feel easy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.

It was a bit noisy in there, not gonna lie, but we still had a really nice dinner! The vibe was fun, and overall we enjoyed ourselves :)

I’m usually a little hesitant to order steak for takeout because it can get cold or overcooked on the way home, but this held up really well. The steak was still tender and tasted great when I got it...

I ordered through thekeg.com and asked for my steak medium rare . It showed up pretty much how I like it , with a warm pink center and not dry at all .

I knocked off one star because one side was a little more cooked than the other . It still tasted really good though , and I’d definitely order it again .

The drinks were decent, it just took a bit before anyone noticed me at the bar. The staff was friendly enough, they just seemed busy and things moved kind of slow

We went to The Keg for my wife’s birthday, and overall it was a good night, just not quite as smooth as I expected. Booking the reservation was easy and our server was really friendly, but we still ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our table even with a reservation?!

The food did taste good and my steak was cooked exactly how I asked, but one of my sides came out kind of cold. They did bring my wife a small dessert, which was a nice touch. For the price, I guess I just expected the whole thing to feel a bit more special. Not a bad experience, just not amazing either
